Dispatch conditions
The products are delivered all over EU. We collaborate with DHL Parcel and UPS to ship all the orders. There will be a tracking ID provided for each order.
We currently deliver in EU only, but also work on delivery to other countries outside of EU. For further information and additional costs please contact our customer service.
Dispatch costs (incl. VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
- Standard deliveries will be carried out by DHL Parcel. We charge no additional shipping costs.
Deliveries to foreign countries (EU)
Deliveries to foreign countries are carried out by UPS:
- Standard deliveries will be carried out by UPS Standard at a shipping fee of 7,50 EUR.
- Express deliveries will be carried out by UPS Express Saver at a shipping fee of 20,00 EUR.
Delivery times
All orders that are received by 1 p.m. local time (Germany) are usually dispatched on the same day.
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 1-3 working-days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 3-7 working-days after the order confirmation or in the case of advance payment after receipt of payment. Please note that there are no shipments and no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
